Please note: all our cakes are delivered or handed over to you chilled to minimise the risk of any damage during transportation. As we use high quality butter in our bakes, allowing your cake to come to room temperature is essential for the best possible texture and flavour. We recommend arranging delivery or collection the day before your event, then leaving it to rest at room temperature for at least 3-4 hours before serving.
