The BMW G30 540i is a luxury sedan that hides a powerhouse beneath its understated exterior — the legendary B58 inline-six. However, the factory exhaust system restricts both flow and sound, leaving the car’s performance potential partially muted. The Yonristic Performance Catback Exhaust System is engineered to restore the voice and efficiency this engine deserves.
Featuring a true 3-inch midpipe design paired with a high-flow resonator, this system optimizes exhaust velocity while balancing tone refinement and volume. The high-flow resonator smooths unwanted harshness at mid-range RPMs, producing a deep, aggressive, and clean exhaust note without drone inside the cabin. Every bend is CNC-mandrel-formed for consistent diameter and flow, with precision TIG welds ensuring strength, durability, and aesthetic perfection.
Completing the transformation is a quad-tip rear section, replacing the factory dual-exit layout with a sportier, M-inspired presence. Built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, this exhaust provides long-term corrosion resistance and a weight advantage over the OEM unit. The result is an exhaust that maintains the refined nature of the 540i, while delivering the raw, spirited tone and sharper throttle response worthy of a performance-focused BMW.
