Swany X-Change Over is one of the nicest gloves available on the market.  Over the jacket "gauntlet" style cuff, with easy pull cord for cinching it snug to your coat.  Softshell fabric and leather trim construction.  Exclusive TriPlex+ construction mixes different weights of Primaloft insulation in different parts of the glove (thicker on the back of the hand, thinner on the front) with Dryfinger Reflective material to keep the warmth inside your gloves.  Micro V lining with Camelia Oil protects your skin from cold, dry winter conditions, and gives the glove an amazing feel on your hands.  This is simply, a really, really nice glove.
