RETRO LINERS FORMULA:
This is a water activated formula. Just add a small amount of water and create! Our Retro Liners dry to a smooth matte finish and do not smudge or transfer. You can mix colors and create your own unique shades! Many colors are UV reactive and glow under a UV lamp/blacklight!
THIS IS A CRUELTY FREE AND VEGAN PRODUCT!
APPLY IT:
- Open container and spray the liner with water. Only use water to activate. Do not add anything else as it may alter the formula of the product.
- Wet your brush and begin activating the liner by mixing it well until a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved.
- Apply the product as desired and get creative with face/body designs! (Always use carefully around the eye area. Not recommended for the immediate waterline area as this product is not waterproof).
- Before closing and storing the product, allow it to fully air dry for a few hours.
Pro-tip: for longer-lasting results, apply a light layer of our Multi-Use Primer or a lash glue of your choice as a base first, then apply the liner on top. You may seal it using your favorite setting spray!

RETRO LINER INGREDIENTS: TALC, GLYCERIN, ACACIA SENEGAL GUM, POLYSORBATE-20, WATER, PROPANEDIOL, METHYLPARABEN, IRON OXIDES (CI 77491), TITANIUM DIOXIDE (CI 77891), FD&C YELLOW NO. 5 (CI 19140), FD&C BLUE NO. 1 (CI 42090), FD&C RED NO. 40 (CI 16035), ULTRAMARINES (CI 77007), D&C RED NO. 7 (CI 15850).
*It is recommended to always perform a patch test on a smaller area on the skin to ensure irritation does not occur. If it does, discontinue use of the product immediately. Use caution if using around the eye area. Avoid direct contact with the eyes.
