The Wooden Precision Coffee Distributor is fit for any 58mm portafilters and baskets. Please note as this is a custom wooden tool, the colour and grain may vary and is not identical. The slopes are Stainless Steel lasered for precision, with an ergonomic handle and heavy for even levelling.

How does it work?

1) Creates a perfect flat surface of espresso grounds before tamping. This causes the pressed coffee to be more consistent in terms of density as it is evenly distributed. This avoids uneven extraction whereby the barista's fingers are used instead to distribute the coffee out evenly when this tool is not available.

2) Consists of 4 precision slopes engraved into the Polished Stainless Steel to professionally and consistently create and even coffee bed before tamping of even density. The Distributor is adjustable to different depths (By twisting the stainless steel part) to adapt to different dosages of coffee used.
