The DRT Motorsports Exterior Tire Carrier Bumper for the Polaris XPEDITION provides a durable and functional solution for carrying a spare tire outside the cargo bed. Designed to work with the DRT XPEDITION Tire Carrier / Adventure Rack System (P/N 20205TC05101), this rear bumper system adds extra carrying capacity while maintaining easy access to your spare tire when it’s needed most.

The carrier is constructed from laser-cut, formed steel to deliver excellent strength and durability in demanding off-road environments. The structure is finished in a black sand-texture powder coat, providing both corrosion resistance and an aggressive appearance that matches other DRT Motorsports components.

A gas strut-assisted lift system allows the carrier to be raised and lowered smoothly when accessing the spare tire. During tire changes, locking pins hold the rack securely in the lowered position, helping keep the vehicle stable while swapping tires.

The system supports spare tires up to 32 inches in diameter, making it ideal for adventure and overland builds where tire reliability is critical.

Premium black-coated mounting hardware is included for long-term corrosion resistance and a clean installation.
