Het is een verhaal over oorlog, over de Indonesische onafhankelijkheid, over de Molukse kwestie en over liefde.

Meer over de auteur

Kevin Goes (Heerlen, 1985) werkt al meer dan 15 jaar in de media. Als verslaggever was hij lang verbonden aan L1 en later werkte hij voor onder meer BNR Nieuwsradio en het AD. Inmiddels is hij werkzaam als manager bij de publieke omroep in Hilversum. 'Saparua' is zijn eerste historische roman bij Uitgeverij Leon van Dorp. Eerder schreef hij een journalistiek onderzoeksverhaal over identiteitsfraude, 'Mijn Gestolen Leven'.
