Ondanks de lichte druk van buitenaf en het hoongelach van sommigen omdat wij nog steeds verse eieren gebruiken die wijzelf scheiden, zweren wij trouw aan onze traditie.

Wekelijks worden bij ons nog manueel 8640 verse eieren gescheiden die onmiddellijk in de advocaat worden verwerkt.

De Klok mag er prat op gaan dat ze nog de ENIGE firma zijn die dit systeem hanteert!

Ons kenmerk is het beige doekje met juten koordje. Hiervoor bestaan geen machines, dus elk potje moet door de handen gaan om manueel te worden aangebracht.
