After decades of serene aging in the Goutorbe cellars, it reveals remarkable depth: aromas of candied citrus, toasted brioche, honeyed nuts, and delicate floral notes. Elegant, complex, and beautifully mature, this limited cuvée is a tribute to the house’s heritage and the timeless vision of René Goutorbe. The champagne is put together from 75% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay.
