Its golden straw hue reveals a champagne with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose offers intense aromas of brioche, ripe pear, almond, and citrus, evolving beautifully into notes of peach, apricot, candied lemon peel, and honey. On the palate, it is full-bodied and creamy, featuring layers of dried fruits, crème brûlée, and subtle smoky undertones, leading into a long, mineral-driven and refined finish.
