Latching handle easily opens and closes with one hand. Nitrile gasket and locking mechanism seal lid to help reduce vapor emissions and keep drum contents dry and secure. Hinge stops keep funnel lid upright when open. Durable, chemical-resistant powder coat helps ensure long service life. Lockable latch helps prevent unauthorized access. Hinge pin is made for easy lid removal without loosening band around drum.

Rob's book was very useful to me, both in helping me gain better skills in underwriting basics (stabilization time period and how unit renovations and rent bumps are modeled/phased-in as well as when to start applying rent escalator) as well as higher level topics, like partnership structures, sensitivity analyses, and judging the returns. In all of these higher level topics I learned several new topics (and calculations to add to my underwriting) and would guess that even experienced investors would pick up a few quality nuggets in these sections.
