The Human Apo A1-Ab (Anti-Apolipoprotein A1 Antibody) ELISA Kit measures ApoA1-Ab in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on indirect ELISA detection method and takes 3h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with antigen. HRP-antibody is used as detection antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add HRP-detection antibody, then it binds with ApoA1-Ab bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of ApoA1-Ab in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

Worth it! These are the only diapers that don't turn my son's skin red!
I am not someone who had to have an organic diaper. I came to these because my son has super sensitive skin and nothing else was working for him. These have been great and my baby has been happier than ever. There is no more redness or rashes anymore. These diapers also fit well. He can move freely in them without sagging. They are absorbent and don't leak. They fit just right and are snug. These have prevented most blowouts but they still happen out the back occasionally. I like that these are soft compared to some other organic diapers we have tried. They are pricey but it was these or cloth diapers because my baby was miserable. They are a keeper for us! I also love and recommend their sunblock!
