A legend tells of a boarding house in Exeter, England where young girls secretly kept a white mouse as a pet. They named her Beulah Belle, fashioned tiny ensembles for her to wear and fed the mousekin red velvet cake. In commemoration of her, both this cake topper and her tale will delight guests almost as much as the cocoa cake that has endured the generations. Hand-painted.
