Leaf springs do much more than simply supporting the weight of the vehicle. They are responsible for locating the axle, setting pinion angle, and controlling rearend movement. This makes them a critical part of the rear suspension. BMR's leaf springs give a superior option to stock leaf springs that sag, rust, and do little to control axle wrap and wheelhop as they get older. The SP057 feature a 2-inch drop, three leafs, and a 190 lb/in spring rate, which reduces body roll without increasing rear oversteer. This commonly happens with too much spring rate. BMR's spring design, combined with precise clamp locations give you less wheel hop and more axle control. This design reduces axle wrap, which causes the spring to load and unload. By eliminating this oscillation, wheel hop is minimized and traction is improved. Each spring comes with new bushings in the front and rear. Other companies make you buy rear bushings separately, but BMR includes them. The SP057 leaf springs also come with Teflon antifriction pads for smooth, quiet travel through the spring's range of motion, which further reduces NVH. BMR designed the SP057s for street performance, drag race, and handling applications. Lowering springs are not only a great way to add an aggressive look to your 1st-Gen F-body, but they also improve the handling capabilities at the same time. By adding BMR's 2-inch drop leaf springs, you will lower the rear center of gravity and reduce body roll, which improves handling. New bushings greatly reduce the deflection seen in old worn out bushings. New rubber bushings in the front give you a smooth quiet ride, and the polyurethane rear bushings improve handling. To complete the install, you can reuse your original hardware, or purchase new hardware from BMR (RH015), which includes new U-bolts, polyurethane spring pads, stainless steel shackles. Combine with BMR front lowering springs for a level, aggressive stance with huge improvements in handling and performance. This Part Fits:

Happy hound!
Color: Yellow, Color: Yellow
My 2 yr old bloodhound destroys every toy in minutes, but not this one. My husband and I actually buy toys to see how long they last for fun. Although the croc is NOT indestructible, it lasts a whole lot longer than most. After an hr or so, I took away the only piece he's chewed off which is part of the back leg. Otherwise nothing else is missing off the croc. Our boy has been very occupied with this new toy and we're satisfied with his new distraction!

Definitely a tough toy
Color: Blue
This is one of the few toys my
Boxer/american bulldog mix hasn’t been able to tear apart. He loves chewing on it and I love that he doesn’t chew on stuff he shouldn’t.
I have such an issue with toys being torn apart the day I bring them home. I wish there was a safe way for it to have a squeaker since he loves squeakers but I don’t think that is possible.

Croc-sational
Color: Blue
My tough chewer is OBSESSED with Croc. Stands up well, small particles occasionally come off but this beats going thru 3 stuffies in an hour. Good value, easy to clean and great for our 91lb pitty

Good for a few weeks for large dogs
Color: Blue
It held up for a few weeks. The arms and tip of the tail were chewed off. Had to throw it away so my dogs wouldnt eat the parts that they chewed off. It kept them busy for a while.

Dog likes it, but is very hard material around smaller dogs when he is playing and running
Color: Blue
My 22lb dog loves this chew. We have owned it just for one day. He immediately loved it and he races through the house holding it in his mouth like a grand prize.
I have concerns to the hardness of the ends of it, the material is very hard, and the tail comes to an end shape that could hurt other pets in a multidog home if it hit or stuck in them. I have two smaller chihuahua dogs, one who has lost an eye so this is something to be careful about with other dogs running with this toy. This may not affect a one dog home. Best to observe the dog while playing with it around others.
