How will I get the video files?

Upon payment and after deciding on your videos, you will receive a DropBox invite to a folder containing all of your video selections. (Direct links are also available for instant download.)
Blu-Ray DVD or SD Card/Hard Drive
Upon payment and decision of which videos you'd like, your videos will be sent via USPS to you and a tracking # will be sent so you know just when to expect it. (International orders may take several weeks)
What if I want to cancel? What is your satisfaction policy?
Because you will be receiving the digital video files upon purchasing your plan, annual payment is required because should you decide to cancel, we have no way to remove the videos from your devices.
