With a PVC jacket and heat-shrink tubing along the solder connections, this cable also provides plenty of flexibility while protecting your connectors from damage.
The connectors sport solid copper tips for top-of-the-line signal integrity, providing superior signal conduction to gold or silver connectors. All Blackstar cables ship in sustainable packaging that is made from 100% recycled materials, and these packages can (and should) be recycled again. The Blackstar Premium Instrument cable includes a hook and loop cable wrap for easy and secure cable management.
Modified Internal Construction
Cables with regular high-braided shielding coverage, and thick Oxygen Free Copper (OFC) core conductors can be more bulky and less flexible. Blackstar have modified the internal construction of their cables to retain softness and flexibility even with braided shielding.
Flexible and Durable
Blackstar cables have PVC jackets for excellent flexibility and this also helps to reduce cable tangling. Heat-shrink tubes are used around the solder connections, providing ultimate protection. The 1/4" outer jacket further increases flexibility and protection, and the added shield ring reduces capacitance and unwanted noise interference.
