    The CERBERUS MEGA CUFF is an extra wide version of our Multi Cuff. It's 13cm wide (5 inches) and provides great coverage for elbows and knees or for applying compression to larger areas like quadriceps/hamstrings.

    SUPPORT – Our MEGA Cuff can be worn on almost any body part - forearms, biceps, calves, quads, hamstrings or anywhere extra support is required. Great for proactively preventing injury in any exercise, activity or movement where you experience pain or need an extra level of support and safety. Also makes a great mechanical support mechanism for your elbows & knees due to its extra 13cm coverage.

    COMPRESSION – This is perfect if you have joint pain or tendonitis in your elbow or knee. By applying compression to the area it will help to relieve and prevent the pain associated with tendonitis and help prevent potential injury or strain to the muscles of that area. It can also be worn over the area of concern or pain e.g. forearms, elbows, biceps, calves, quads, hamstrings or anywhere needed.

    Sizing

    It should fit tightly over the intended body part, we would suggest that you choose one or even two sizes down from your measurement to ensure good compression.

    To get your size measure around the area you experience pain or need extra support.

    If you plan on wearing the Mega Cuff in different locations (e.g. forearms, elbows, quads or knees) you may want to order two different sizes to get the most accurate and beneficial fit.

    Best Hand-Held Frother EVER

    I have had many hand-held frothers over the years; hand-held as well as counter top. None of them have really given me the froth that I want which is dense foam to the point that it almost forms "peaks" and needs to be spooned into my coffee. Additionally, the one that I always went back to (hand-held) only lasted for 3-6 months at best before breaking and sometimes it lasted only a few weeks. Additionally, it drained batteries to the point they needed to be replaced every 2-3 weeks. The Circle Joy DOES make thick, dense froth (I use very cold skim milk on the high speed), has 3 speeds and is rechargeable so no more battery issues. Once I froth the milk, I pop it in the microwave for 40 seconds or so to heat/warm it up. It also comes with an attachment for beating eggs as well as an attachment for stirring in protein powders. I don't need the egg beater and I use the low speed to mix in chocolate collagen powder. I just got this frother so reliability is yet to be proven but I figure at $20.00 even if it needs to be replaced every six months ... it is still a winner.

    Works way better than its price would suggest

    A family member got frothed milk in their coffee and loved it, so they started doing it at home. They were using a wand mixer which is great at splashing milk all over creation but not very good at actually frothing it. I asked them what kind of frother they wanted and they gave me 2 criteria: Rechargeable, and inexpensive. They didn't want to spend a lot on something they might not like or might outgrow, and they didn't want to constantly be looking for batteries. This frother fits the bill. It recharges with a regular USB-C cable and comes with a short one (but not a wall plug so make sure you have one of those). It was also less than $11 delivered so not a lot to gamble on an occasional-use gadget. Does it work? Absolutely, and a lot better than I ever thought it would. I was given a demonstration and in 10 seconds I saw a small cup of half and half turn into frothy foam. I'll admit, it does taste pretty good in coffee. I 3D printed a stand to hold the mixer upright on the counter. Otherwise the base is too small and it tips over. That's not a complaint, just an observation. If you want it to stand upright, you'll have to do something similar. Otherwise, this thing is a good combination of simple, inexpensive, and effective.
