This powder is 30 serves and makes 15 litres of amazing tasting low carb, low sugar electrolytes with added glutamine. Glutamine is an amino acid and building block of protein, produced in the muscles and distributed to the organs that need a bit of extra tender loving care during their low carb keto lifestyle. It also kills off cravings for sweetness. 

How to make it: Simply add 10g (which is the scoop included) to 500ml cold water. Stir, shake and have a boogie until it's dissolved. No special mixing device is needed. 

Macros when made up with water as per directions: for 100ml
Energy 4kJ, Carbs 0.1g, Sodium 22mg, Potassium 10mg, Magnesium 6.2mg , Calcium 15.5mg, Glutamine 97mg and Erythritol 1.5g (see the product images for more information). 
Ingredients: Sweetener (Erythritol 7.5g per 10g powder) Acidity Regulators (Citric Acid, Potassium Citrate, Malic Acid), Minerals (Calcium Citrate, Magnesium Citrate), L-Glutamine, Beetroot Juice Powder, Salt, Flavours, Sweetener (Sucralose).
