Questo Châteauneuf du Pape Blanc “Tradition” del Domaine Raymond Usseglio è ottenuto da uve coltivate su terreni a composizione mista caratterizzati da sabbia e ciottoli. Da scegliere per accompagnare i secondi di pesce o le carni bianche, si apprezza sin da subito ma sarà in grado di riservare meravigliose sorprese se dimenticato per qualche anno in cantina.
Ideale con i secondi piatti a base di pesce, è ottimo anche per accompagnare le carni bianche. Da provare con il coniglio in porchetta.

Use for canning rings

I bought this to hold my canning rings and it worked great. The smaller arm holds my wide mouth rings and the larger one holds the regular ones. When I’m canning, I’m able to move the whole thing into the kitchen due to its light weight and use what I need. Once I’m done with the rings, back they go.
