De Reserva Blanc de Blancs uit de Ars Collecta presenteert zich direct al prachtig in een schitterende gedraaide fles. Een sieraad voor op tafel. Echt passend voor deze gastronomische cava. De blend van Chardonnay  en Xarel·lo  in combinatie met  de rijping van 15 maanden op zijn gist zorgt voor een buitengewone zachtheid. Een warmgele kleur met gouden highlights, schoon en helder. Prachtig fijne mousse. Zacht geroosterde tonen in de neus in combinatie met perziken en nectarines, met op de achtergrond brioche en noten door de langere rijping. Intens, elegant en een complexiteit die met de tijd in het glas toe neemt. Kwaliteits cava!
