HOW TO USE:

Apply a generous amount of product, gently massage into damp hair and scalp. Leave in for 5 minutes and rinse. It is not necessary the application of conditioner. Alternate every third shampoo with LOVE/curl shampoo and conditioner or hair mask.

Wow, they really vacuum seal these bags! When I received this bag, it was practically brick hard, as if the contents has frozen in there. This way it's easy to take, I can share the wealth, and take in vitamins, minerals, and nutrients that my body needs for energy and proper nourishment. Encapsulating is definitely a good idea for those who simply don't make smoothies for all of their supplements every day, and for those who easily forget or need to take various health supplements. This is a great combo.
