✅HOW IT WORKS - ORDERING А DECORATED PET URN
- Choose a model of our products to be decorated- Neko, Cat, Grace, Paw, etc.
- Place an order.
- Send us photos of your pet to [email protected] quoting your Order number. The photos should clearly show the pet from all sides (front, back, top, sides).
- We will get back to you via email to discuss other necessery details if there are such.
- Give us 1-2 weeks to decorate the memorial urn.
- We will keep you updated with the progress.

✅ SEALING THE PET URN
We recommend sealing the ceramic cap to the plastic lid, after the lid is inserted in the urn, so it is kept in place. Note that sometimes the ceramic cap does not fit tightly.

Import duties and local taxes are NOT included in the delivery and are due by the customer.
