8161 series boxes offer flexible solutions to mounting security cameras, detectors, electrical accessories or fixtures outdoors!
These non-metallic boxes hold up to 50 lbs in most applications; 10 lbs on a wall. They have positionable threaded openings so you can install a camera (etc) where you need it now; then install additional cameras later.
You can install a power or low voltage camera (with mounting holes wider than 4.5" apart) right on the box and mount it in a variety of ways to a wall or ceiling. In addition to the new POLE-MOUNT Box:
- Wall, soffit or eave-mount (8161TR)
- Face-down, wall-mount (8161BR)
- Face-down corner-mount (8161CB)
- Mounting on a down rod (8161BP)
- Non-metallic, UV rated for long outdoor life
- For interior or exterior use in dry, damp or wet locations
