To ensure no damage during transportation, we ship our products in protective packaging and strong boxes.
We will display the sizes in centimeters and inches for metrics, to make sense in all countries.

Non refundable, reason being the products(s) will be sent to our printing service to be printed as soon as an order is fully completed online, however if their is any issue when your product is received, please get in touch with us asap or latest within 7 days of receiving the item.
