The rock 'n' roll song of the same name by Carl Perkins was released in 1956 and is one of the most successful singles ever. In the same year, the King, Elvis Presley, recorded a cover version that was played a little faster. Although not planned as a single, it landed in the singles charts and made the song world famous. With a lot of wit, the lyrics are about someone who idolizes their blue suede shoes, because in the lyrics they demand, among other things, to: "Do what you want, knock me down, set fire to my house, steal my car ... but just don't step on my blue suede shoes." 

With so much dynamic inspiration, a powerful fragrance simply had to be created. The concept of the creative director Herbert Stricker was implemented by the perfumers Blanca Dalmau and Christian Carbonnel.

Right at the beginning, we encounter a fresh, herbaceous and spicy mixture at Blue Suede Shoes. Tart bergamot and aromatic lavender are finely accentuated by aniseed and pepper. The middle notes give off a woody and rather dry base tone. Cedar wood contributes significantly to this, but also tame patchouli, fine ambergris and creamy sandalwood support this trait. A soft base underlines the fresh and woody scent with harmoniously fused components such as vetiver, tonka bean and labdanum.
The elegant steel-blue flacon supports the impression that Blue Suede Shoes is an expressive citrus scent, from men, but also Ladies, equally appreciated.
