This multi-stage BPA-free system performs dual functions: aggressive contaminant reduction and passive remineralization. By forcing water through specialized layers of media, the cartridge reduces heavy metals, neutralizes chlorine, and elevates the water's pH to an alkaline state.
Understanding KDF Technology
Kinetic Degradation Fluxion (KDF) is a high-purity copper-zinc formulation utilized in the second stage of this filter block. It functions via oxidation-reduction (redox) reactions, actively exchanging electrons with contaminants present in the water supply.
